Our client, a prominent Indonesian vehicle manufacturer, aimed to transform a traditional Hino R260 diesel intercity bus into a zero-emission 100% pure electric bus. This conversion required a battery system that was not only powerful but also flexible enough to fit the existing chassis while meeting rigorous automotive safety standards.

As a specialist in customized lithium battery technology with 12 years of R&D experience, Hunan CTS provided a tailored Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) solution:
- Standardized Modular Design: We utilized 76.8V 412Ah modules. This modularity offers unmatched flexibility for installation in various bus models.
- System Configuration: A 5S2P configuration (10 modules) delivering a total of 384V and 824Ah.

In July 2023, CTS demonstrated our "Customer-First" philosophy. Our Sales Manager, Rebecca, and Senior Electrical Battery Engineer, Jon, traveled to Indonesia to provide on-site commissioning and testing.
After 9 months of meticulous installation and a grueling 4500-kilometer road test, the project was officially declared a success. The Hino R260 now operates with smooth, quiet, and powerful electric energy.
